Sparkling Hill Resort

$100M project in Vernon, BC with PCL as the CM owner Gernot Langes-Swarovski. The building has an abundance of very unique and architecturally challenging features, and we included a large scope of specialty interior plasters high humidity in the indoor pool areas. We also worked closely with the architect and interior design team to develop the final look and construction methods several areas that use 3-dimensional curved surfaces, faceted slopes and cantilevered features.

Exterior walls and core (M&E rooms) $450M+ project with Graham Construction as CM Alberta Infrastructure. Our scope of work included the exterior wall package, all electrical and mechanical rooms and core areas. This project is adhering to the very highest standards in safety, and infection prevention and control.

Vernon Jubilee Hospital - Polson Tower

$145M P3 Construction of new Outpatient Tower with Graham Construction as the prime contractor. Our scope of work included the complete building envelope with EIFS system, and interior framing, drywall and acoustic & wood ceilings package.
